OUR RECIPES ARE SIMPLE and USE a MINIMUM of INGREDIENTS

Our classes are fashioned like a "Tupperware Party".  As the organizer you recruit the attendees, pick the class you'd like to have, host the party and provide refreshments.  And there is no charge for your participation.   



Each person receives a small gift, a notebook with the recipes and great tips on equipment, shopping, where to find unusal ingredients and more.  And, of course, there's always a surprise or two.

#1 "DESSERTS": Classic Creme Brule', Classic Cheese Cake & Jennifer's Berries in Lemon Vanilla Cream; 1 1/2-2 hrs

#2 "ENTREE'S": Create two of three entree options, beef, fish and chicken, with two interchangeable sauces. 2 hrs

#3 "APPETIZERS AND SALADS": Salads, pick two of three options, Charlie's Ceasar Salad, Fresh Asparagus Salad with Creamy Raspberry Dressing & Blue Cheese and Fresh Grilled Pineapple Salad.   Two appetizers, Ahi Tartar with Jicama, Apple and Carrot Slaw & Grilled Vegetable Quesidillas.  2 hrs

#4 "COMFORT FOOD"Quick Red Sauce, Stuffed Flank Steak & a Chicken and Vegetable Pasta Bake. 2 hrs

#5 "NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED or COOKING FOR THAT SPECIAL PERSON":  This class is aimed at for people with absolutely no cooking experience.  Contact CVK for the details.

#6 "ONE-ON-ONE COMPLETE MENU PREPARATION": "One-on-one" hands-on with David learning to prepare a lunch or dinner including appetizer, salad, entree and desert from the CVK recipe collection.  Hands on class. 3 hrs, $150, 1 person only.
 
#7 NUMBER 6 PLUS "SHOPPING FOR THE BEST INGREDIENTS": 4-5 hrs, $180, 1 person only.
 
#8 "APPETIZER, SALAD, ENTREE & DESSERT PREPARATION" using CVK recipes: 2 hrs, $40 per person, 3 persons minimum. 

#9 "CREATE YOUR OWN LESSON":  Tell us what you'd like to learn to perpare and we'll try to create a  lesson tailored especially for you.  Time and Cost depends on what we put together.

 NEW CLASS AS OF JANUARY 2011 

#10 "HERB GARDEN":  We will construct and plant an herb garden for you.  Includes coming to your house, picking out the best location, amending and fertilizing the soil, planting a variety of currently available herbs and tips on maintenance.  $100.

I learned about Blue Water Seafood Market and Grill on the Food Network's
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.  The first time I went it was about noon and the line to get in stretched around the corner.  Right away I knew it had to be good.  I'm from New England and I'll wait forever for great seafood so joined the line, made a few friends and was ordering before I knew it.  I had the lemon butter grilled swordfish salad; the swordfish was done perfectly and it was some of the best I have ever eaten.  The staff is friendly, helpful and "always on the ball".  Please don't miss this fantastic mouth watering experience.
